Princes Wharf is over 100,000m2 stretching a kilometre into the Waitemata Harbour.
It is made up of 10,000m2 of commercial space, the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Hilton Hotel and 400 apartments. The building is designed to celebrate its waterfront setting and reflect the cruise liner,s that berth alongside. The project received both a local and regional award from the New Zealand Institute of Architects.
