Ensure the co-ordination of the design team, to determine the best construction and detail approach ( Construction Co-ordination )

Construction experience consisting of : Airports, Large mixed use developments, Large Office buildings, Hotels, Apartments, Office interior fit-outs, Retail, University projects, Shopping centres, Medical centres and Residential projects. A number of these projects have received Design Awards and Property Council Awards.

Detailing and documentation skills, Specializing in 3D AutoCAD Solid modelling and Revit (BIM package).

Strong construction management skills, regarding on-site problem solving, site supervision and quality control.
Generally on projects I liaise with the construction managers and the lead project Architect to ensure construction company requirements are met, along with design intent and client expectations. It is essential to maintain design integrity within the budget and within the allocated time frame.
